Stephanie Millian is the Senior Director of Communications at SourceAmerica.
In this role, she is focused on ensuring the organization's communications strategy is aligned with business goals, and optimizing the external, internal and strategic communication functions. She provides communications expertise and strategic guidance to all SourceAmerica business units and executives, strengthening relationships and creating two-way communication between SourceAmerica and its stakeholders.
Prior to joining SourceAmerica in 2019, Millian worked as head of Communications for Zero To Three, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of infants, toddlers and their families. Additionally, she spent 18 years with the American Red Cross, handling national crisis communications and media relations activities. Earlier in her career, Millian worked for an advertising agency in New York City, spent several years as a News Producer for a CBS affiliate in Georgia and served as an Adjunct Professor of Mass Communication at Newbury College near Boston.
Millian graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.S. in Management and earned her M.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University.
When she's not at work, Millian devotes her time to her young daughter, traveling or reading a good novel. She also enjoys theatre and acting in her spare time.
