Practice Description
President of Great Plains Enterprises conducts onsite visits to each operating division to meet with all employees. The president shares information on contract performance, recognize all new employees and ask for feedback regarding operations and initial experiences. The president reviews policies and procedures such as safety, harassment, attendance, and job expectations. Employees are encouraged to give feedback on any concerns as well as positive feedback on operations.
