Network Hub Login FAQs
Fill out this form or email Customer Service at CustomerService@SourceAmerica.org to request a Network Hub account. You will be notified by email of your new username. If you don’t receive an email or can’t locate it, contact Customer Service.
To reset your Network Hub account password, use the following steps.
Step 1: Visit the Network Hub login page and select the "Reset Password" link.
Step 2: Enter your username. Be sure to use your SourceAmerica username (e.g., jdoe3948@sourceamerica.org). If you don't know what it is, contact Customer Service at CustomerService@SourceAmerica.org.
Step 3: Choose a password. The password must be at least 12 characters long, but we strongly encourage you to use 15. The password must include an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. It cannot contain any information that is in your username (e.g., SourceAmerica123*).
If this does not work, email CustomerService@SourceAmerica.org with a screenshot or description of the error message you receive.
In the Microsoft world, usernames appear as email addresses. Since this is a SourceAmerica account, it uses SourceAmerica.org as part of your username.
Your Network Hub account will appear as a separate Microsoft username ending in @SourceAmerica.org. If you do not want to log out of your current Microsoft account, you may want to try opening the Network Hub in Incognito Mode on Google Chrome. This keeps your authentication from conflicting with previously logged-in accounts. It may not always be necessary, but it is the best approach to avoid conflicts that could impede your ability to log in.
The SourceAmerica Training Academy is single sign-on, which means you will not have to enter login credentials to access the site if you log in through the SourceAmerica Network Hub. If you are not already logged into the Network Hub, you’ll still need to log in to the Academy.
SourceAmerica's security policy requires that all Network Hub passwords be changed every 90 days.
SourceAmerica nonprofit agencies receive one login account for the staff member completing the affiliation application. After the NPA is accepted into the SourceAmerica network, the NPA head will also receive an account. Additional login accounts for other NPA staff members can be requested by filling out this form or contacting the Customer Service team at CustomerService@SourceAmerica.org. We encourage accounts for any team members involved in AbilityOne Program work.
Multi-factor authentication requires users to provide two or more verification factors to gain access. This verification code could be sent to your email or mobile phone. View the Instructions for accessing MFA codes.
