Steven Krotonsky Appointed New COO of SourceAmerica

Vienna, VA, SourceAmerica - SourceAmerica has announced the appointment of Steven Krotonsky as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a newly created position and Krotonsky will assume his responsibilities immediately. Steven was formally COO for Goodwill Industries International, as well as for National Industries for the Blind.
Steven Krotonsky said: "I am excited to take on this new role with SourceAmerica. Our mission to find more job opportunities for people with disabilities is very dear to me. I have built a career serving nonprofits and this new position will allow me to continue that meaningful and purposeful work."

Mr. Krotonsky has more than a decade of experience as a COO of major nonprofit organizations. He was the COO for Goodwill Industries International from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that position, he was COO for National Industries for the Blind from 1999 to 2004. His business leadership has focused on strategic planning, organizational management and mission alignment. Steven received a BS in Business Administration at Penn State University.
Lowman added: "Steven Krotonsky is a highly intelligent and highly respected person with the utmost integrity and we believe he will bring great insight and leadership to the organization."
