The Process at a Glance

Process for Prime Contractors
  1. The prime contractor sends SourceAmerica a copy of the draft Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Subcontracting@SourceAmerica.org.
  2. SourceAmerica reviews the SOW/PWS and identifies work that can be performed by our network.
  3. SourceAmerica posts the SOW/PWS to our network of providers and refers capable nonprofit agencies to the prime contractor.
  4. The prime contractor selects one or more of the qualified nonprofit agencies referred by SourceAmerica for proposal preparation and subcontracting.
  5. SourceAmerica reports quarterly spending on federal agency-specified AbilityOne requirements.
  6. SourceAmerica holds quarterly review meetings with the nonprofit agency for quality assurance and contract support.
