During SourceAmerica's 2023 Grassroots Advocacy Conference, self-advocates, nonprofit leaders, and policy experts gathered in Washington, D.C. to discuss issues that affect disability employment and advocate for increased opportunities for people with disabilities. One key segment of the conference was the Celebration of Stories, a powerful session where self-advocates took to the stage to share their employment experiences, interests, personal journeys, and how the AbilityOne Program has impacted their lives.
